Signate is a PDF signing, filling, scanning, and editing app operated by Nikita Mishin, trading as “Nekitech” (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what data the app does and does not process when you use it.
Everything you do with your files — signing, filling forms, scanning, merging, splitting, and organizing — happens on your device. We do not upload, store, or have access to your document contents, your signatures, your filled-in form data, or any text from your documents.
Signate has no user accounts and does not require your name, email, or phone number to work. The only data processed is what’s needed to provide subscriptions and keep the app working.
Subscriptions and purchases. When you start a free trial or subscribe, your purchase is handled by Apple, and we use Adapty to manage subscriptions, validate and restore purchases, display paywalls, and analyze how our paywalls and plans perform. Through Apple and Adapty, the following may be processed:
We have configured Adapty so that it does not collect your advertising identifier (IDFA) or your IP address. We do not send Adapty your document contents, signatures, filled-in form data, name, email address, or phone number, and we do not link this data to a named account.
If you contact us. If you email us for support, we will have your email address and whatever you include in your message, used only to respond to you.
Where data protection law applies, we process the limited data above to perform our contract with you (providing and managing your subscription and the app’s functionality) and for our legitimate interests in keeping the app reliable, preventing fraud and abuse, and understanding aggregate subscription performance.
We rely on a small number of providers who process data on our behalf or as independent controllers:
These providers may process data in countries other than your own; where required, appropriate safeguards apply.
We retain subscription-related data only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal or accounting obligations. Apple and Adapty retain data according to their own policies. We do not retain your documents, because they never leave your device.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. Because we do not operate accounts and hold very little data tied to you, our ability to identify your specific data may be limited. To make a request, email us at support@nekitech.dev. EEA/UK users also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
Signate is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
