Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Signate, a PDF signing, filling, scanning, and editing app operated by Nikita Mishin, trading as “Nekitech” (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using Signate, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Signate for your personal or professional document tasks, subject to these Terms and to Apple’s App Store terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or to create, alter, or sign documents you are not authorized to handle;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with the app, except where the law expressly permits;
• attempt to disrupt or compromise the app’s security or integrity.

Your documents and your responsibility

You are responsible for the documents you process with Signate and for ensuring you have the right to sign, fill in, or modify them. Signate is a tool that helps you work with documents on your device; it does not provide legal advice. We do not guarantee that a signature or completed form created with Signate will be legally valid or enforceable in any particular context or jurisdiction — that depends on the document, the applicable law, and how it is used. If in doubt, seek professional advice.

Subscriptions and billing

Signate offers auto-renewable subscriptions (for example, weekly and yearly plans). The price and billing period are shown in the app at the point of purchase and may vary by region.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings (App Store → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• You can restore an active subscription using “Restore Purchases” in the app.
• Purchases are processed by Apple; refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

Intellectual property

Signate and its content are owned by Nikita Mishin (Nekitech) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app without our prior written permission. Your own documents remain yours.

Disclaimers

Signate is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Signate. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to Signate if you breach these Terms or use the app unlawfully.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date; your continued use of the app means you accept the changes.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator is resident, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and without depriving you of any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
