Common questions
- Managing or canceling your subscription: open the App Store, tap your name → Subscriptions, and choose Signate. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Restoring a purchase: tap “Restore Purchases” inside the app.
- Your documents: everything you sign, fill, or scan is processed on your device and is never uploaded to us.
